How do I meet the mental health requirement for teachers in North Dakota?
Senate Bill 2048 mandates a mental health competency course for all initial licenses. Those graduating from a ND institution have this built into their preparation program. If you graduated outside of ND and have not met this requirement, it may be met by by completing a course in youth mental health offered through UND.
