I very much appreciated the convenience of the self-paced online course. My schedule outside of work is so incredibly limited when it comes to being able to work on anything for myself so when I do have random spurts of "free" time, I so appreciate being able to work hard for days at a time without having to pause to attend an in person session. Yes, they are long days (sometimes I work on courses for 8-12 hours a day for a week straight during a school vacation week if childcare arrangements allow), but that's why I appreciate these courses!
