Through Professional Learning Board, when a teacher indicates Illinois as their state of license in a course they receive an Evidence of Completion Form that is specific for the state of Illinois as indicated here. This documentation is signed by the local Approved Provider (eg. public school district) authorizing Professional Learning Board as a “provider.”
