Thanks for a course filled with great information on addressing the conventional practices in conventional public schools regarding professional development for teachers through the variety of reflective practices. These were almost all new to me, having worked in private and public charter schools, where such practices were not the norm. When I switched to working in a conventional public school years ago, I didn't understand the purpose, value, or means to accomplish such practices, which is one of the main reasons why I quit teaching a decade ago in K-12. This course helps prepare me for this element, that was once a roadblock. The ""conventional public school lingo"" did not resonate with me, and this course helped explain the overly ""technical"" terminology used in the conventional public school sector. Thanks.
